In this picture of the hand held blender I choose to repeat, rotate, and put in black and white in photoshop making this a striking illusion. When I took the original picture, I was using a tripod so I wouldnt have any hand shake, the lighting was placed behind me and the object to create the shadow. When I took the shot I was higher than the object and was at a slight angle to affect the light from the right. In this photo there is alot positive and negative space in between and around the object. The iso was placed at 800 and had an f stop of about f/15 to create the crisp focus.
Here we have the striking view of power lines leading into the sunset. This photo was taken just before sunset with my point and shot camera. I set my camera to landscape mode to create this sunset faded type look. There is a lot of negative space in the foreground. This picture is one of my favorites because I think its truly inspiring to see the beauty of nature as shown in this photo. I purposely made my camera focus on the background to create that pitch black look in the foreground.
In this photo we have a great amount of leading lines leading up to the green leafs which at this point on the edges where turning to yellow leafs. This photo incorporates the the rule of thirds starting in the bottom left to the top right. The ligth is coming in from the left side of the picture making the light shine ont he top leafs and down. My point and shoot camera was set to landscape mode and i decided to focus on the foreground and let the background be blurry.
